    Hibiscus: lowers bp overall, specifically systolic

     

    Nettle: may stimulate nitric oxide production, which acts as a vasodilator. Vasodilators relax the muscles of your blood vessels, helping them widen. Additionally may act as calcium channel blockers, which relax your heart by reducing the force of contractions

     

    Hawthorn: Traditionally, the berries were used to treat heart problems ranging from irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, chest pain, hardening of the arteries, and heart failure.

     

    Motherwort: Help reduce rapid or irregular heart rate caused by stress or anxiety.

     

    Passionflower: can help to reduce high blood pressure 

     

    Burdock root: used for high blood pressure, “hardening of the arteries” (arteriosclerosis), and liver disease. 

     

    Brahmi: targets both systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels. Releases nitric oxide, which helps dilate blood vessels, resulting in improved blood flow and lower blood pressure 

     

    Moringa: alleviates vascular dysfunction and oxidative stress 

     

    Sarsaparilla: lowers bp, prevents heart cell swelling due to high blood pressure

    Directions:

    For best results, drink this tea at least 1-3 times daily or as needed.

    Bring 1 tablespoon or teabag of herbs to a boil with 1 cup (8oz) water. 

    Allow to steep for 5-7 min. 

    Stir Well. 

    Strain into a glass (or use a tea infuser)

    Drink within 10 mins. 

    Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
