    Directions:

    For best results, drink this tea at least once daily. 

    Bring 1 tablespoon or teabag of herbs to a boil with 1 cup (8oz) water. 

    Allow to steep for 5-7 min. 

    Stir Well. 

    Strain into a glass (or use a tea infuser)

    Drink within 10 mins. 

    Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
